Volunteers will clean up trash in the grounds and around the perimeter and in nearby empty lots and community gardens. If weather permits, volunteers might participate in mulching, turning compost, or planting. Afterward, the group gathers around a fire to read some of Dr. King's quotes or a speech and share thoughts about Dr. King's legacy.
