Toiletries drive for the homeless. Accepting donations now until January 20th 2020. Volunteers are asked to bring new toiletry items only. Nothing old or used. Some suggested items include: new socks, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, soap, new underwear, mouth wash, new hats, new gloves etc.

This will be the 16th year that our school and basketball programs have helped volunteer on MLK Day. We will be working with the residents at Lions Gate and helping them with activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, and dancing. We will then read MLK's I Have a Dream speech.

Volunteers from Sandmeyer Steel will be packaging emergency food bags that will go to our Home Delivered Meals Clients this winter. The volunteers will also be putting together 300 emergency meals that will help our clients get through weeks where the weather does not allow normal food deliveries, and cooking 200 additional meals that for our clients.
