Most of the neighbors are females and over 70 years old; and it difficult to maintain our gardens, and sometimes sweep our sidewalks in the cold weather. I hope you can help us with our clean-up efforts. I wish there were agencies to help seniors with things like sweeping sidewalks, and removing snow. If there is, sign us up!

During the year, we noticed a number of kids come to Grays Ferry skatepark everyday to watch skaters and, of course, for the chance to use their boards. Many of the neighborhood children don't have the means to obtain new boards, safety equipment, or basic instruction. While a few skaters have gotten together to donate old decks, large numbers of full setup donations are difficult to provide between a handful of people.
